I have used Central Refrigeration for over 3 years. Once for our unit needing to be repaired and for our annual servicing and they are always friendly and dependable. Our AC went out Monday evening and Zack came out to our home & knew immediately what to do. Matthew was out first thing the next morning and he replaced our motor and we had Air again. Thank you to Zack and his crew for all that they do so my family can be comfortable.
Garrett was really professional, respectful and honest. He was able to make it early to my appointment in the middle of a heat wave, when I was expecting a long wait / backed up because of that. My 36 year old condenser unit was fixed in under an hour. No sales nonsense, just honest and thorough service.
Zach is a wonderful, trustworthy man. Thankful for his honesty. Matthew was very good at explaining options on how to circulate more cool air in a hard to reach spot. Will continue to use Central Refrigeration! The whole staff has always been so kind!
Called for Saturday service because HVAC system wasn’t working properly. The technician found the problem, and replaced worn parts. I was very happy with the service, and of course the house being warm again. We also bought their mainranance service. Thank you Central Refrigeration for your prompt service.
